Valley Course :Hole 8 Doughnut

The 2 PAR 3 on the front nine of the Valley Course gives you, as always, two options to experience this delightful part of the courses. Both tee markers will force you to go over the water which is in front of both greens with the left target being decidedly easier. Basically, you just need a short or a mid-iron for both greens. It is truly a pleasure to play either of these shots over the pond. The right green is ‘painfully’ interesting with giant mounds all over the green. The green is deceptively deep and hard to get your ball all the way back to the hole if that is where the flag is located. Yet, if the hole is cut in the front then anything short will run off back into the water. The left green is the flattest on the course and one of very few that will not give you too much of another headache.
