The 1 PAR 5 is a right angle ‘dog-leg’ and calls for a well planned tee shot to allow you to gain valuable distance on you 2 shot--too long and you will find water and anything right well block out your next shot and cause inoperable ‘brain damage.’ Setting up your 3 shot is the key for this hole with both green is just as difficult to putt on as the other with perhaps the right green being the most dangerous. Your approach shot to the left green will necessitate going slightly over some water--just how much depends on the placement of your 2 shot. This hole really reminds me of a game of chess--thinking ahead and just one step at a time.
